Chief Financial Officer


We are seeking an experienced CFO to join our client's team and contribute to thier financial success. The ideal candidate should be adept in a manufacturing environment, capable of strategizing and growing our financial position. A thorough understanding of current accounting practices and trends is essential, along with experience in leading change. The CFO will play a crucial role in the senior management team, requiring excellent leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Report to the President and serve as a key member of the Management Board, offering a comprehensive view of the business.
  • Responsible for all financial reporting, controls, compliance, and digitizing interactions between finance and other departments.
  • Provide strategic financial leadership, including oversight of company assets and financial integrity.
  • Handle financial planning & analysis, including strategic planning, competitive analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analyses.
  • Support the President and leadership team in financial, compliance, administrative, and legal matters.
  • Operate on a global scale to derive value-added business and geographic insights.
  • Design and implement financial metrics linked to the strategic plan for monitoring achievements.
  • Foster a metrics-driven culture with clear communication and alignment across the company.
  • Act as a change agent, managing changes to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Prepare financial and strategic plans for new ventures and action plans to meet financial commitments.
  • Train and develop employees, especially within the finance organization.


Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification; a graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Familiarity with international finance requirements and experience with companies at similar growth stages.
  • Strong business partnering skills, aligning with a culture of teamwork, collaboration, respect, and empathy.
  • Proven track record in implementing software packages (ERP, CRM) to improve efficiency.
  • Experience in Commercial Management, including developing new business models and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze growth opportunities and prioritize them for rapid company growth.
  • Passion for building and developing high-performing teams.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in executive leadership roles.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
