Corporate Services Manager            


Summary

Manage a wide range of corporate contracts providing goods and services such as fleet vehicle leasing, warehouse equipment and supplies, safety equipment, building services, and corporate travel.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

The Role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Seek, negotiate and obtain cost savings through the oversight of the company’s corporate purchasing program including (among others), electricity and other utilities, waste management and recycling services, forklifts, warehouse supplies, safety (including PPE), branded materials and clothing, office supplies, and travel services
  • Oversee the management of the company’s corporate fleet of over 900 trucks and vehicles, including interfacing with the company’s internal fleet manager and external fleet provider to lease new vehicles, sell vehicles under expiring leases
  • Help direct the company to reduce its carbon footprint and environmental impact
  • Review the company’s corporate purchasing programs to identify efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships to assure business needs are met
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Business, Finance, Economics, or related degree)
  • Three plus years of experience in related job role


Preferred Experience

  • Contract negotiation, purchasing and vendor management
  • Continuous process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) experience a plus
