Desktop Support Technician

This position is onsite in the office in Torrance, CA. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for administering and maintaining all Information Technology systems and network hardware. This position will also provide user support to all employees involving hardware, software and training.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000, plus annual bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:

·     Provide best-in-class white-glove customer service to employees and Executives of the company by resolving IT-related issues across a spectrum of hardware, software, telephony, and network connectivity on Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.

·     Prioritize and respond to issues received through the ticket-based service management system (i.e. Requests, Incidents, Changes, Asset Management).

·     Manage and support hardware and software for executive meeting rooms and other spaces commonly used by executives and their assistants.

·     Proactively engage with executives and their assistants to identify potential IT enhancements and execute approved upgrades. Collaborate with IT leadership team on implementing changes.

·     Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting and travel to other sites as needed to support user needs and address issues.



·     Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

·     A minimum of 2-4 years plus of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within a corporate environment

·     Strong knowledge of Asset Management concepts (asset deployment, asset retrieval, disposal, inventory management)

·     Proficiency in Windows, Mac and AV systems (Zoom and MS Teams) including their associated applications and software.

·     Install and configure both hardware and desktop apps/software

·     Exceptional customer service orientation and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

·     Robust organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a high-demand environment.
