Reports to: CEO, Homeland Safety Systems (HSS)

Mission:

The Sales Manager will spearhead the development and execution of a strategic growth plan

aligned with company objectives within the video surveillance, access control, and system

integration markets. This pivotal role will include leadership of the sales team, encompassing

sales representatives, lead generation specialists, and sales assistants.

Responsibilities:

- Create and execute a growth plan aligned with company objectives in video surveillance,

access control, and system integration markets.

- Lead and motivate sales team members, including sales representatives, lead generation

specialists, and sales assistants.

- Evaluate and optimize the company's sales program to achieve revenue growth targets.

- Identify and capitalize on new and underutilized lead generation opportunities.

- Implement strategies to enhance sales team performance and efficiency.

- Evaluate and optimize lead generation strategies, including conference attendance and

other resources.

- Maintain and enhance the company's brand reputation through high standards of quality

and integrity.

- Demonstrate deep understanding of industry challenges and solutions.
